Payment Processing and Security


We use pay Pal as our payment processor because of their security protections for both the
purchaser and seller. PayPal uses an encrypted shopping cart program so once you enter the
payment process your transaction is protected. In addition to the security features they employ
they also accept all major credit cards. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal you will find it quick and
easy as I did on arecent purchase
.

If you don’t have a major credit card we also accept certified cheque or money order. Your
order will be delayed as we will have to wait till we receive payment but will be glad to hold
the plants that you have ordered.

Shipping Cost

Due to Cacti and succulents hardy nature they are for the most part well made for
shipping. All our plants are shipped bare root and with Canada post regular parcel to keep
shipping cost down. For quicker or alternate shipping methods please contact us to make
arrangements. Additional shipping cost may accure.

The following rates are with Canada post regular parcel from our nursery to anywhere
in Canada.
Valley Succulents Shipping

Weather Risk


Valley Succulents will not be responsible for any orders that are damaged by excessive heat
or cold during shipping. It is up to the purchaser to determine weather the temperature will
impact the plants during shipping. We will gladly hold order until warmer weather allows us to
ship.


Privacy Policy

We do not share or release data or information to third parties that you send us. We take
your personal and business privacy very seriously.


Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee that the plants that you order are in the same or better condition then the ones
that you have seen in the pictures. With large specimen plant we guarantee that the plant shown
in the picture is the plant that you will receive. We guarantee the safe arrival of you plant and will
replace, or refund your money at our option, any plants that are damaged due to shipping abuse,
or poor packaging. You must notify us of shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving packages
.
